We're confident you'll love your new purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, simply exchange. We want you to be happy!

What can I return or exchange?

We’re sorry things didn’t work out!
We will gladly exchange all unused and/or defective merchandise in its original condition within 7 Days from delivery when accompanied by the original Receipt listing the price paid.

Please note:
Opened goods without original packing and used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the merchandise was found to be manufacturer’s defect.

Please note:

1. Buyer will pay for return Shipping & handling charges.

2. Exchanges cannot be made.

Returning by mail:

1. Package the unused, unassembled items securely in the original product packaging.

2. Ship the goods back to the following address by a national safe courier along with Copy of invoice:

Once we have verified the goods to be in resealable condition, we will credit the amount back to the buyer.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase (except for gift cards and e-gift cards, in which case you will be refunded a credit onto a new gift card).
Shipping charges and GST on shipping are not refundable.
